2934735 - How to restrict reassignment of a Change Cycle in a Change Document based on transaction type and status - SAP Solution Manager 7.2

In ChaRM, a Change document will allow reassignment of Change Cycle depending on certain prerequisites and conditions (e.g. Change document status and Change Cycle phase) and
the user would like to restrict this functionality based on the status of a Change document transaction type.
