Symptom

Import Job information record or Termination record and onpostsave rule does not trigger .

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central : Employee Data Import

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go To Admin Center -> Import Employee data
  2. Import Job history data or Termination data
  3. Onpostsave rule will not trigger

Resolution

Login user who is executing the import should have the permission to the Business Rules in the entity that is importing in category 'Administrator Permissions' -> 'Employee Central Import Settings'.
