Symptom

  • Emails are sent from the SAP system, in SOST the following error is visible: No delivery to <email> - XS812;
  • It is ensured that the email address to which the email is being sent is valid and correct;
  • The complete long text of the error from SOST is:

    No delivery to <email>
    Message No. XS812

    [Diagnosis]
    The message was processed correctly in the SAP system. An error occurred in a subsequent system. The message was not delivered to the recipient <email>
