2935487 - Object Item: 1 Conditions: Lease Installment - invalid condition term; must meet recurrence criteria

You enter a lease installment in the Conditions tab of a lease contract. When pressing Check or Save an error message appears: "Object Item : 1 Condition : Lease Installment - DDMMYYYY invalid condition term; must meet recurrence criteria"

1. In the Lease Contract Management work center go to the Lease Contract view. 
2. Find an existing or create a new lease contract.
3. Maintain all the mandatory data in the General tab. 
4. Then, in the Lease Objects tab navigate to the Conditions tab. 
5. After entering a lease installment condition the error Object Item : 1 Condition : Lease Installment - DDMMYYYY invalid condition term; must meet recurrence criteria appears. 

The installment does not cover full periods:

• The installment might end in the middle of the month when the lease contract ends on the last day of a month. 
• Or the installment ends at the end of a month when the lease contract starts and ends in the middle of a months. 

All installments must cover full months: 

• If a lease contract starts on the first day of a month it must end on the last day of the last contract's period. 
• If the lease contract starts in the middle of a month it must end in the middle of the month. 
• In accordance with the lease contract start and end date, the installment periods must start and end in the same way: 

Example:

Lease contract ABC (ABC represents a lease contract ID)

• starts on 07.02.2024
• has a lease term of 24 month and therefore ends on 06.02.2026. 

Accordingly, create lease installments that start on 7th of a month and end on the 6th of a month:

Lease Installment 1: valid from 07.02.2024, valid to 06.08.2024

Lease installment 2: valid from 07.08.2024, valid to 06.02.2026.
