2935515 - Canceled purchase orders are not appearing in the Report: monitoring Purchase order, view: Purchase order tracking

You wanted to track the canceled Purchase orders in reports

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Business analytics work center 
2. Go to Design reports 
3. Search and open report: monitoring Purchase order 
4. On the top you can see view option 
5. Choose Purchase order tracking 
6. Go to Selection 
7. Search for Purchase order status field 
8. Choose Canceled 
9. Click on apply 
10. No results are appearing

The report Monitoring Purchase Orders is specifically designed to Monitor the Purchase Orders which are created with  follow up documents. Hence we exclude the canceled documents since they no longer are updated further.

Data Source: Purchase Order Item Details with Follow on Documents

Please create joined data source using above data source and Monitoring purchase order to  create new report.
