How can we proxy from the Mobile Apply view and access the candidate profile in Internal Career Site by CSB?

Proxy from Home screen (Proxy Now) and select the user / internal employee.

After you click Home > Careers in RMK, when you click "View profile", you are redirected back to your own candidate profile and not the proxied user.

The IAS Authentication process is related to the real user and not the proxied one.

This is an expected behavior because you authenticate in IAS as yourselves, and not as the proxied internal employee.

There is no possibility to bypass the authentication process. When using this flow, it's not possible to access the candidate profile of the proxied user in Mobile Apply view.

Workaround: It's possible to display the internal candidate profile by going to Recruiting > Candidates and search for the employee. Here you are able to see the Internal candidate profile without Proxy.

If you would like to have this feature changed, please provide feedback to the Product Management team via the Customer Community.
