2935575 - Wrong Translation for Document Name on Document Flow

Incorrect translation to X (X represents the login language) language in a document in Document Flow.

This issue can occur in any sales document, but for this KBA we are going to use the example of Sales Quotes.

1. Log in language X.

2. Go to Sales work center.

3. Go to the Sales Quote view.

4. Open sales quote ABC (ABC represents the sales quote ID). 

5. Go to the Document Flow facet.

6. See that the translation of the document name in language X is wrong.

The document with the wrong translation refers to an external document. The labels are fetched synchronously with the document flow from the connected external system.

Maintain the correct translation in the external system.
