2935653 - Archived sales orders are being sent to IBP

Symptom

In table /IBP/ORDER_EXT, you can still observe archived sales orders, and after performing the Initial Load of Orders and Stock (/IBP/ECC_INT_TRANS), archived sales orders are not getting deleted from table /IBP/ORDER_EXT, and sent to IBP as open requirements via SDI.
