2935736 - Posting Date Field Not Available in Sales Order Volume Report

The Posting Date field is not available in the Sales Order Volume report for selection or display.

1. Go to Sales Orders work center.
2. Navigate to the Reports view.
3. Open the standard Sales Order Volume report.
4. Open View Settings.
5. The Posting Date field is not available.

This is the designed system behavior.

As a workaround, the Calendar Day field can be used in the Selection settings. The Calendar Day field is determined based on the Posting Date of the sales order.

The Created Date field can be used in the View Settings as an alternative. By default, the system enters the Created Date as the Posting Date when a sales order is created.
However, the Posting Date can be manually changed, so the Created Date and Posting Date may have different values in sales order.
