2935984 - DM - Content refresh fails due to Excel data-source

Symptom

When running a (server-side) content refresh, there is an error.

This is because the Excel data-source is not defined on the server

However, you cannot define the Excel data-source on the server, as this as marked as 'not supported'

How can this be resolved, so that the server refresh skips the Excel data-source and continues with the other chapters ?
