2936010 - Communication Panel displays tags instead of readable labels

Symptom

Image/Data is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems.  Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

  • The Communication Panel is showing the translation tags instead of the proper converted text
  • Translations are seen as tags
  • Users are unable to identify what the tags refer to
  • There are reports that translation tags are missing or functions such as pick / reply to e-mail are not working
