Symptom
The option 'Remove Inactive Employees' 360 Evaluation Documents' has been enabled but the inactive Participant is not removed from the 360 form.

Reproducing the Issue
- Launch the 360 form.
- Add the employee as Participant.
- Move the form to the Evaluation stage. Terminate or deactivate the employee.
- Enable the option 'Remove Inactive Employees' 360 Evaluation Documents' in Employees Import or the recurring HRIS sync job (for EC instances).
Resolution
When the option 'Remove Inactive Employees' 360 Evaluation Documents' is checked when deactivating employees that are part of the 360 form as Participants, only their copy of the 360 forms will be removed or deleted.
In the active 360 forms where they are Participants, their names will still appear in the Summary View but the status of their evaluation will show as Removed(Incomplete). With this status, they are no longer counted into the 360 review.
