An integration between SuccessFactors (SFSF) and IPS with Upgrade Center has been initiated.
After it is not possible to access Identity Provisioning (IPS) tenant https://ips-<consumer_account>.dispatcher.<region_host>/webapp/index.html or https://<ias-host>/ips with S-user provided in the Upgrade Center.
Error: "User is not assigned to IPS_Admin role" is shown in a popup.
