2936136 - "An internal error occurred while calling 'processDPCommandsEx' API" when refreshing an Essbase List of Values for Webi

Symptom

  • When refreshing a List of Values from Essbase in a WebI report, get error:  "An internal error occurred while calling 'processDPCommandsEx' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)"
  • If the report does not have prompts or saved prompt values are used, the report refreshes with no issues.
  • Web Intelligence logs show:   

    EssbaseException::EssbaseException()
    ErrorCode=1030830
