2936438 - Copy / Paste of data from CRM Web UI to third party application such as Notepad does not have the desired format

Symptom

  • When copy / paste of multiple lines of data from an assignment block in the Web UI to an external application such as Notepad, the data is entered incorrectly
  • It is expected when pasting the data into Notepad, the data appears as it did in Web UI
  • The issue occurs when copying from Web UI using any browser
  • This may have started to happen after a recent upgrade
