2936685 - While creating New Stock Transfer Order ATP Status shows as Red although Stock is available in Stock Overview

You are trying to create a New Stock Transfer Order for Product DEF, ATP shows as Red  although Stock is available in Stock Overview and Planning Screen.*DEF refers to Product id

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Outbound Logistics Control 
2. In common task Navigate to  New Stock transfer Order
3. In New Stock  Transfer Order screen Enter parameters like Ship from, Ship to & Product DEF, quantity etc
4. You observe ATP Status for Product DEF  as Red although Stock is available

In product planning details screen for Product DEF you observe stock is tagged to Sales Orders in Execution

ATP showing red while creating Stock transfer Order is right behavior, There are 2 ways of resolving this issue

1)You will have to cancel Sales Orders in Execution to see ATP showing as green

OR

2)You will have to process Sales Orders in Execution for Post Goods Issue to have Stock picture right in Stock overview and Planning screen.
