2936769 - Changing Language Labels/ Adding Translations in Job Profile Builder

• How do I change or add language labels/ translations for families and roles with Job Profile Builder?
• Will the new labels be visible in all modules?

SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder

1. Go to Manage Job Profile Builder Content in Admin Center
2. Select 'Set Up Families and Roles' and choose a family:

    3. Once open > click on the world icon next to the name:

    4 This will bring a popup where you can change the language labels.
    5. Enter the translation you wish to add - example below with German and "Famile 11":

    6. Click on Save Family
    7. Now change the system to target language > go to another part of the system to see the change.

Example below is from CDP Career Worksheet and here we can see the new label showing:

This behavior is the same when adding translations for Role labels.

Note on Performance forms:

New language labels will only be visible in newly launched forms. In Progress and Completed forms will retain their original labels to avoid confusion.
