2936846 - OnInit Recruiting Rules are not working after Production Release - Recruiting Management (1H 2020)

After the Production release, OnInit rules assigned to the Job Requisition are not working. When you look into Rule Trace, the operator fields are being filled by the rule, but not in the UI.
