2936859 - Numbered List in RTL Writing  are not Working in PDF Offer Letters - Recruiting Management

In the RTL (Right to Left) writing, the Numbered List in the Offer Letter does not render properly when the same is printed as PDF or sent as PDF to the candidate.

The Numbered List should come from the right to the left side and you can do it on the Offer Letter template by copying and pasting from another file or even using through the Source Code however when as PDF, the Numbered List is moved from the right side to the left side.  

In the Arabic language, the numbers are not following the Left to Right order

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Manage Offer Letter Templates
2. Check the Offer Letter template. Check the Numbered List aligned in the right side.
3. Go to Recruiting > Job Requisition
4. Open the candidate in the Offer Status > Offer Letter
5. Select the Offer Letter template
6. Click in Preview. The structure keeps the same.
7. Print it as PDF or send it via PDF.
8. Notice that the Numbered List is aligned to the right side now.

The language that the template is configured in is different.

If the content is in Arabic and the template language is set English this will be the expected behavior.

Make sure that the content and the language the template is configured in, both should be same.
