2936861 - Supported fields for Calendar Personalise

Symptom

Currently, not all fields for the Calendar Personalise feature are supported. Please find a list of the supported fields below.

Environment

SAP Sales Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

You can personalize your calendar to show calendar information based on your involvement.

Note

  • Only queries created out of  the standard 'My' query activity, for example 'My visit' is available in the calendar for personalization.
  • Calendar personalization isn’t available in the offline mode.

Procedure

  1. Create a custom query from the My “activity” query in the list view.
  2. Go to Personalization Mode in the Calendar view.
  3. Select the query (you may need to refresh the system after creating your query for it to become available for selection under the Calendar Personalization).

Resolution

Below is the list of fields that can be used in a personalized query to be used in the Calendar.

Note: only queries created out of the standard 'My Appointments' query and which contain an entry for the field 'My Involvement' will be available for selection in the Calendar personalization.

Limitations:

  • Date Fields in Personalized default set not supported for calendar use case.
  • If user has a substitute – the results shown in OWL and calendar would not match.
  • No complex conditions allowed.
  • Calendar personalization is not supported in offline. 

Known Issue: Refresh is needed for queries to appear in drop down of calendar upon personalization.
