2936889 - Dump While Trying to Copy a Time Account Rule

You receive the following error message below while trying to copy a time account rules to an employee's time profile.

Error: 500 SAP Internal Server Error.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Time Administration work center
2. Go to the Employees view
3. Search for the employee
4. Click on Edit
5. Go to the Time Profile tab
6. Copy the existing line
7. Change the date to DD.MM.YYYY
8. Go to the Time Account Rules tab
9. Change the time account rule
10. Click on Save

The cause of this issue is that the change document cannot be created properly as the system is unable to pick up the before image of a node.

As this issue is quite complex, it was decided to take it into product backlog and we will fix the issue in future releases.

Following work around is available:

1. Copy the time profile
2. Save it
3. Make the changes to the time account rules
4. Save it
