• Picklists disappeared in the Picklist Center

1. Go to "Picklist Center".
2. Zero picklist are appearing in the "Picklist Center".

For "Picklist" object definition, the visibility for field "effectiveStartDate" is set as "Not Visible".

1. Go to "Configure Object Definition".
2. Search for object "Picklist".
3. Click on the details for field "effectiveStartDate".
4. Set the visibility as "Editable".
