2937055 - What is the Process to Integrate SAP Business ByDesign and Sales Force?

You are integrating the SAP Business ByDesign and Sales Force for below functional requirements and would like to know if there is any official documentation

- automatic creation of Sales Orders in SAP as per info in Salesforce

- customer/orders financial status from ByD available in Salesforce

- invoice status from ByD available in Salesforce

- Org/Sales structures updates between ByD and Salesforce

- unique and harmonized customer IDs between ByD and Salesforce

SAP Business ByDesign

There is no official documentation for the integration between Salesforce and ByD.

In regards to the points:

- automatic creation of Sales Orders in SAP as per info in Salesforce

- invoice status from ByD available in Salesforce

From CRM side user can use the Web Services ManageSalesOrderIn and QuerySalesOrderIn or OData to create or retrieve Sales Orders.
