2937141 - Sales Contracts Overview Not Loading on Account Overview Until Navigating to Another Facet and Back

Unexpected behaviour on the Account TI Overview facet within the Contracts pane.

Prerequisite: you have an account ABC (ABC represents the account name) with a minimum of one maintained contract.

1. Go to the Customers work centre.
2. Go to the Accounts view.
3. Open ABC.
4. On the Overview facet you have the Contracts pane, but it shows as empty.
5. Navigate to the Contracts facet -> here you see the maintained contracts.
6. Navigate back to the Overview facet.

Result: only now are all contracts visible.

The Change Transaction (CT) with which the Contracts OWL was embedded in the Overview facet of the Account TI was a paste element CT. This CT is deprecated now.

The Paste element CT copies the OWL from the Contract facet and pastes it in the object - in this case Account TI - Overview facet.

This CT was available while the HTML client was still available. However, it is not there in RUI now.

This CT was discontinued as it created many issues like the reported one in many customer systems.

In RUI, instead of the Paste element CT we have a new element called the MOVE element CT.

This will cut and paste an OWL from a particular facet to any other facet [e.g.Overview].

Please remove the existing paste element CT and continue with the MOVE element CT.
