Symptom

When you try to locate the Absences of the Service Agent in the report Planned Working Time and Absences (HCMRPMU01), there is no report data available to display

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Business Analytics work center
  2. Open the Report Planned Working Time and Absences
  3. Set Next 3 Months From Today
  4. Enter the Employee ID

System Message:

No report data available to display; check the selection

Cause

The Report "Planned Working Time and Absences" is for the internal employees only. It is not for Service Agent.

Also, the time recording for this employee might have recorded in the period where the employee has service agent role and has no data to display in this report.

Resolution

This is expected system behavior
