2937472 - Limitation: SAP Asset Manager support 3D attachment (CGM or VDS) from SAP 3D VE

Symptom

  • We are using the 1911 Asset Manager on IOS and are trying to view the 3D documents
  • The 3D documents (e.g a .when attached to the Functional Location as an example appear on the asset manager with an OPEN button, however the open button doesn't work or get clicked.
    • The open button works fine for pdf files
    • The same 3d document opens up on the stand alone mobile 3d viewer application as well as backend GUI but not within asset manager.
