2937492 - Completed Sales Orders Still Showing as Blocked in Sales Orders View

When checking the Blocked Sales Orders in your system, you notice that some of the Blocked documents are in Completed status.

1. Go to the Sales Orders work center.
2. Open the Sales Orders view. 
3. Filter to Show Blocked Sales Orders.

You notice that the Blocked documents also include documents which are already Completed.

Since there is a Delivery Block in those Sales Order the Sales Orders appears in the Blocked Orders even though they are already completed.

Follow these steps to see the Delivery Block which needs to be removed:

1. Go to the Sales Orders work center.
2. Open the Sales Orders view. 
3. Open Sales Order ABC (Where ABC represents the Blocked document with Completed status).
4. In the Delivery Section, find the field Delivery Block.

You will see the Delivery Block status of the document, which is what causes it to be shown among the Blocked Sales Orders.
