2937493 - Service channel could not be opened to HANA Service on Cloud Foundry - HTTP 410 Gone

Symptom

  • When trying to connect SAP Cloud Connector to HANA service on Cloud Foundry, the error "Service channel could not be opened" appears on the screen.
  • In Cloud Connector logs (ljs_trace.log (<2.17)/scc_core.trc (>=2.17)), the following error is written:

#INFO#com.sap.scc.ui#http-bio-8443-exec-2# #Service channel could not be opened
com.sap.scc.servlets.RequestFailureExecution$RuntimeFailure: Service channel could not be opened
