Symptom

  • MSA environment with SQLDML replication enabled.
  • RepServer crashed with a core dump.
  • RepServer log reported a Signal 11 error with a stack trace that affected a worker thread:

Thread WORKER( ) infected with signal 11.

  • Stack trace includes the following functions:

exc_terminate
sun_svr4_catch_signal
strlcpy
