2937526 - "Internal Server Error" after logon SAP HANA Cockpit/ SAP HANA Cockpit Manager

Symptom

After entering the credentials of Cockpit user, the logon fails and shows "Internal Server Error".

Checking "xs logs cockpit-web-app" or "xs logs cockpit-web-admin-app", you found below errors:

#ERROR#/toggles.js#####xxxxxx##########xxxxxx#PLAIN##Toggles request error: certificate has expired (connecting to<hostname>:<port>)#

OR

#ERROR#/Handler#########xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx######xxxxxx#PLAIN##GET request to /login/callback?code=xxxxxxxxx completed with status 500 - Could not authenticate with UAA: Could not obtain access token: 
request to UAA at https://<hostname>:<port>/uaa-security/oauth/token failed, error: Request to UAA failed: certificate has expired (connecting to <hostname>:<port>), #
