How to enable automatic search in Changes facet of ticket
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue
- Open a ticket.
- Nevigate to Changes facet >> the changes are not displayed automatically, you need to click on the "Click here to execute the Query" to show the changes. However, you want the changes are displayed automatically.
Resolution
New UI of Ticket Changes can be enabled for Tickets as below steps:
- Go to Administrator work center > Service and Social work center view.
- Click on Ticket Configuration.
- Check the box "Enable new UI of Ticket Changes".
