2937565 - Image Icon is Shown Upon Executing a Survey Instead of the Actual Image

Symptom

You are executing a survey which has images associated to the questions, nevertheless upon execution you see that only icon is shown instead of the actual image next to the question.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

Go to Surveys workcenter
Go to Surveys View
Select Show all and find for survey ABC (ABC represents the id of the survey)
Open the Survey
Select Simulation

Here, next to the question, you see that the image icon is shown, whereas you expect it to show the complete image.

Cause

Surveys functionality supports uploading of multiple attachments for a question. Images, documents uploaded be of variable size, resolution which results in more space on the interface upon displaying. In order to ensure consistency across the business objects, we have provided the icon, which denotes that there is an attachment and upon clicking the same, it displays the added image allowing the business user to download and navigate further if there are multiple such attachments using the Previous and Next buttons.

The same is applicable while you are executing a survey from any relevant business object.

Resolution

This is the expected system behavior.
