2937583 - SAP NW JAVA is not coming up after disabling TLS 1.0 and enabling TLS 1.2

Symptom

After upgrading SQL Server based Netweaver systems to TLS1.2, Java startup fails by disabling TLS 1.0 and enabling TLS 1.2.

jvm_bootstrap.out shows:

Caused by: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: The driver could not establish a secure connection to SQL Server by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. Error: Server chose unsupported or disabled protocol: SSLv3.
