Symptom

Employees report not being able to see their amendment Year-end forms in ESS - Tax Form Reprint Application.
No form is listed on the grid where user selects the form to be displayed.

You check the amendment Run in Year End Reporting, Canada: History Log and "ESS On" is checked.
