2937992 - Goods Issue Collective Slip Acc Ass Cat W

You are creating a print output for the scrapping movement type 551 using the standard collective form MMIM_GI_COL_SLIP. When posting the goods issue you maintain a G/L Account and cost center in the account assignment TAB. After you have posted the document, when you issue the output to the screen, the account assignment field on the form shows as W.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud All Versions

• Open App Post goods movement (MIGO) 
• Goods issue > Other > 551 
• Select the print indicator and choose 3. Collective Slip
• Save the Material Document and then Issue the output to the screen 

Standard System Behaviour.

When a movement type without account assignment is posted the system displays the Acc Ass Cat = 'W' in the form. 'W' in this case means without Account Assignment. (defined in movement type table T156) 
Movement type 551 is one such movement type. Posting a goods issue for movement type 201 for example will display K Cost Center because the movement type is defined for account assignment category K.

221 Goods issue for a project
231 Goods issue for a customer order (without Shipping)
241 Goods issue for an asset
251 Goods issue for sales (without customer order)
261 Goods issue for an order
281 Goods issue for a network
291 Goods issue for any arbitrary account assignment
551 Scrapping from unrestricted-use stock
