• Error occurred when creating import data connection to SAP BW or ERP. Error message "ERROR_IN_DAE_C4AAGENT_SERVICE".
• Error occurred in SAP Analytics Cloud agent service: Could not initialize class Com.sap.fpa.jco.internal.JCoBrokerLifecycleManager
• Chrome HAR shows the error:

• Could Agent 1.0.254

1. Login SAC and go to Connection.
2. Create new import connection to SAP BW or ERP
3. Enter related information in popup window.
4. Click "Create" and notice the error message.

• This issue was due to the old version from the Cloud Agent

• Update the Cloud Agent to the latest version
