2938360 - Modification not saved when several users working in CSB - Recruiting Marketing

When two different users are working in CSB at the same time, all the modifications are not saved.

 Currently, it is an expected behavior to have issues saving when two users are trying to change things within CSB at the same time.

For now, it's not recommended having several users change aspects of CSB at the same time.

A lock should be added in b2011 so that when multiple people are editing at the same time, data loss will be blocked from occurring as long as they are not editing the same exact area. It will only allow the second user to trigger a save once everything has been saved from the first user.
