Symptom

You are running the HR-BP synchronization available in S4HANA via reports /SHCM/RH_SYNC_BUPA_EMPL_SINGLE and /SHCM/RH_RESYNC_BUPA_FROM_EMPL. You have questions about:

  • Mapping between form address of HR employee (infotype 0002 field ANRED) and the form address of Business Partner.
  • The synchronization log shows the error message: "Form of address XXXX not designated for persons."
