Symptom

Running the report PAOCF_EC_ESS_USER_UPDATE in SAP OnPremise installation or report HRSFEC_ESS_USER_UPDATE in a Employee Central Payroll system, following warning message is raised in transaction SLG1 (object HRESS):

Personnel number XXXXXXXX: User stored in IT0105 subtype 0001 but does not exist. - Message No. PAOCF_EC_USER_TOOL006 (in SAP OnPremise installation) or HRSFEC_USER_TOOL006 (in Employee Central Payroll).
