2938688 - "Add New Hire to Onboarding "Event Reason Drop-Down Is Empty - Onboarding

Symptom

When initiating a manual onboarding process, the Event Reason drop-down menu appears empty. This issue prevents users from selecting the appropriate event reason, which is necessary to complete the onboarding process. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

1. Navigate to Add New Hire Onboarding.
2. Fill in all the required fields.
3. Observe that the Event Reason drop-down menu is empty.

Cause

Translations are not properly maintained in the Manage Organization, Pay, and Job Structures.

Resolution

  1. Manage Organization, Pay and Job Structures
  2. Event Reason
  3. Select any field
  4. Click on globe icon
  5. Maintain the translation whichever locale the user is set.
