Symptom
- Candidate remains in the New Employee Step (NES) even after forms have been signed through DocuSign
- A candidate will not move to the Orientation Step when all forms are completed using DocuSign
- After candidates have signed forms an admin needs to pickup activity and update the envelope status in order to move them to the Orientation Step

Please reach out to your Implementation Partner to check the following:
- Make sure the configuration information for the DocuSign API matches in both Onboarding and in the DocuSign account
- The following should be reviewed:
- API user credentials (make sure they have not expired)
- API account ID
- URL to publish
To check the API credentials and account ID found in Onboarding:
- Go to Onboarding
- Onboarding Dashboard
- Click on Settings
- Select Features
- Locate the DocuSign eSignature under the Features column
- Click to view credentials and account ID
To update the URL to Publish (via the DocuSign site):

- Log in to the developer API account in DocuSign
- Click on the Admin tab
- Under Integrations, select Connect
- Review the connections found here and update the URL to Publish if necessary
