Symptom

While performing SAP upgrade, SUM gives an error in pre-processing phase (MAIN_SHDIMP/SUBMOD_SHD2_RUN/START_SHDI_SHD2) :

2EETQ360 RFC of "UPG_IS_SHADOW_SYSTEM" failed:
2EETQ361 code/exception : 3
2EETQ362 key : DBSQL_CONNECTION_NO_METADATA
2EETQ399 No metadata found for database connection R/3*DDFTX.
1EETQ399 Last error code set is: Shadow instance
1EETQ399Xcouldn't be started, check 'START_SHDI_SHD2.LOG' and 'DEVTRACE.LOG': Error in call_upg_is_shadow_system.
1EETQ204 Upgrade phase "START_SHDI_SHD2" aborted with severe errors.
