2939270 - New Admin UI - Slider error

When you go to an LMS item or user and try to use the slider bar it goes directly to the end, not stopping in the middle.

1.Go to Item

This is expected behavior. 

On checking this with the engineering team, this would be the expected behavior, the arrows on the left and right are designed to scroll all the way to the left or right depending on which arrow is pressed. This control also has the ability to drag and scroll, so for in the case you do not want to scroll all the way from one end to the other, you would then just click and hold then drag the anchor bar to the desired position. Also for keyboard only users, when they tab into the anchor bar, they can use the arrow keys to navigate left/right through the anchor bar.
