2939305 - Resetting the Software Update Manager. This option cannot be performed at the current step of the procedure.

Symptom

  • The system was restored with the backup taken at the beginning of the downtime (BEGIN-DOWNTIME).
  • When attempting to reset SUM, the following message appears: "This option cannot be performed at the current step of the procedure."
  • The Cancel and Back buttons do not bring SUM to a resettable state.
