Symptom

  • You restored the system with the backup you took at the beginning of the downtime. (BEGIN-DOWNTIME)
  • You are trying to reset SUM but you get the following message: "This option cannot be performed at the current step of the procedure."
  • Cancel and back buttons do not bring SUM to a resettable state.
