Symptom

You are unable to complete the Confim Go Live activity, even though you closed all mandatory activities. An error occurs. Error: Go live not possible; close mandatory activities.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Business Configuration work center
  2. Click on Implementation Projects view
  3. Select the First Implementation Project
  4. Click on Open Activity List
  5. Click on Confirm Go Live
  6. Click on Next

Cause

A possible cause is that there is a technical inconsistency in some of the BAC elements.

Resolution

We need to remove technical inconsistency so that the Confirm Go Live activity can be closed. Please open an incident.
