Symptom

How a Performance Obligation (POB) is created after processing a Revenue Accounting Item (RAI) from the RAI Monitor (t‑code FARR_RAI_MON) or via t‑code FARR_RAI_PROC needs to be understood.

Missing or incorrect POB creation configuration could lead to future issues like following:

  • "Required field 'Fulfillment Type' of performance obligation XXXX is empty."
  • "Required field 'Event Type' of performance obligation XXXX is empty."
