2939416 - Background Element "outsideWorkExperience" has required fields that is not mapped - Recruiting Management

Error when configuring the element "outsideWorkExperience " on Manage Templates:

"Background element mapping from "outsideWorkExperience" and "outsideWorkExperience" has required fields that is not mapped".

• SuccessFactors Recruitment
• SuccessFactors Employee Profile

1. Access the Instance;
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Templates;
3. Candidate Profile Template > General Settings;
4. Click on the Data Field Background Element from "outsideWorkExperience";
5. When configuring thie element, the following error message appears:
   
   1. Background element mapping from "outsideWorkExperience" and "outsideWorkExperience" has required fields that is not mapped".

• Missing fields from the element "outsideWorkExperience " on Manage Business Configuration (BCUI) / Data Model;
• Parameter "required=true" or "required=false" is different on BCUI/Data Model

Two parts to be checked

Part 1

1. Access the Instance;
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Templates;
3. Candidate Profile Template > General Settings;
4. Click on the Data Field Background Element from "outsideWorkExperience";
5. Click to Modify the element;
6. Take not of all the fields from this element:
   
   1. Check the "Required" parameters from each element
   2. Check all the fields from this element.
   3. Then Navigate to BCUI (Manage Business Configuration / Or Data Model via Provisioning)
   4. Follow the Part 2 now.

Part 2

1. Navigate to Admin Center > BCUI (Manage Business Configuration);
2. Go to Employee Profile > Background Elements
3. Click on "outsideWorkExperience";
4. Compare if all the fields from this element is mapped as seen on "Manage Templates";
5. Check the parameters from each field if is correctly set as seen on "Manage Templates".
6. If you noticed any differences between BCUI and Manage Templates, please correct them to reflect the same.
