2939716 - 'Invalid Provider Systems/Business Aplications' error in SOAMANAGER with TM-EWM integration

Symptom

  • SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) direct integration is set up with SAP embedded Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) based on SAP Consulting Note 2933925
  • The communication works fine between the two systems
  • In SOAMANAGER, under Logical Determination of Receiver using Service Groups, error is raised when you run the Health Check on service group /SCMTMS/TOR_LDG_APPT_RQ

    Invalid Provider Systems/Business Applications

    LRD Check: Provider System/Business Application

    All provider systems/business applications maintained in routings are checked for existence. If a provider system/business application no longer exists it´s shown in the check result. The repair function deletes all routings with these inconsistent data.
