2939719 - Send to Previous Step Displays on Job Requisition even though it has not been enabled - Recruiting Management

I have not enabled form routing to previous step for job requisitions, however, I still see the button, why?

1. In Form Template Settings, the option 'Enable Form Routing to Previous Step' has not been checked.
   
2. On the Job Requisition, we still have the option to send the form back to another user

This button is not designed to send the requisition to the previous step of the route map. Is it in place due to an Iterative Step defined in the route map.

The purpose of an Iterative Step in the route map is to loop the requisition between two or more people for review. These two roles will be able to make edits and
send the form back and forth to each other before rout­ing to the next step. Hence, when the requisition is in an iterative step, you will always have the option to send the requisition to the other role defined within the iterative step. This does not mean sending the form to the previous step.
