Symptom

During the import of the software collection in P-system, below error message has encountered.

"Version &1 requires support package level &2 for software component SAPSCORE"

Environment

 SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open "Import collection" app.
  2. Import the selected collection.

Cause

Different patch levels identified in Q and P system.

Resolution

The patch upgrade is running on the P-system as per the contractual maintenance period. The import collection should be done once the patch upgrade is over.
